You've got some very interesting concepts there.

I say for now work on getting clean lineart without smudging and smoother lines.

Also pay attention to anatomyand structure. The legs of your figures seem too short right now unless you're going for a more exaggerated cartoony look. The key to art and making it look good is to make it look intentional smile .

To expand on Tir's comment about anatomy, I think -all- artists (you'll see I've said this a lot and will continue to do so) Should take up life drawing, no matter their current skill. Take some time, now and then, to draw real, observed people. Photos can work, but try to do some live folk as well. The best way to learn anatomy, proportions, or most of the basics is by learning from life.
