I bought a HUGE package of Baby Portebello mushrooms at the store last week, and so far all of done is stir-fry them... /:

It's tasty, but, it also gets to be a little bland after a while. Do any of you happen to have some recipes under your belt? I've scoured a couple of different websites, but, I haven't found anything yet...
