I need some advise!! My friends and I are invited to a Wedding this summer and it's pretty far away. Originally we planed to all ride in one car, but now two of my friends absolutely refuse to ride with another friend, which means they would have to split the cost of gas and hotel (like $180) between 2 instead of 5. The two friends will give no reason for their refusal. This leaves me and my roommate in the middle of this mess. If anyone has any ideas it would help a lot!!!

man. those guys are jerks if they're mad and won't even tell you why. I don't think they are really good friends. Ask them politely why, but make sure the other friend isn't around. You can work something out if you know what the problem is. if they won't tell you, they aren't your friends. they are just probably trying to take advantage of you so they can go on a fancy trip. uninvite them if they won't tell.
