Hokay so the name is Briana. biggrin
I'm 16, something like 5'9, and 162 pounds.
Thankfully most of that is boob and a**. whee
But yesh, I would love to lose some tummy and thigh, so


Goal weight by August 2nd(my birthday): 135 pounds
I do think that's reasonable and healthy.
It'd take my BMI from 23.9 to 19.9 heart and bring all the boys to my yard.


Habits to desist/initiate:
STOP.EATING.CHEESE. cheese_whine (seriously, those cheese crackers are sooo good)
Exercise! Greater than or equal to 30 minutes a day! Fridays off because of friends xp
Eat more salad and fruits. Turns out an apple a day does NOT keep the doctor away (actually it does, but still, my apple at lunch is not sufficient enough fiber).
Whenever at Steffi's, please jesus, give me strength to not eat 3 pieces of pizza plus some captain crunch.


Methods:
Healthy eating/exercise
Weight watchers to make sure I'm not over any limit as far as calories and fat and such.


So I'll keep a diary and maybe post some before and after pics (well, before pics anyway).

IDES OF MARCH OMFG

Breakfast: Special K with milk
Lunch: apple, granola bar, cheesestick
Snack:yogurt with hazelnuts
Dinner:pasta and salad

Exercise: 30 minutes outside (since it was such a lovely day)
30 minutes inside on treadmill (burned 125 calories yay)

Overall? VONDERFUL!

Yesterday
Breakfast: Special K with milk
Lunch: granola bar, apple, cheesestick
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza, shake from Coldstone gonk
Exercise: no treadmill, but African dancing at school. Great cardio 3nodding
Overall? BLAH.

Lunch: yogurt with walnuts
Snack: cheesestick, granola bar, and some chips
Dinner: some cheese cubes, chips, and cheetos
Exercise: nada

Past week has been great!

I've eaten healthfully and good proportionally all week, and exercised three times for an hour each.

Tomorrow is weigh in day, hopefully some improvement, but if not that's alright, because these habits has made me feel good. biggrin
