Remember, this is probably the MOST important thing a dieter can do:
EAT ENOUGH CALORIES. Yeah, you.
It doesn't matter how much weight you're trying to lose. 1,200 MINIMUM.
If you starve yourself, I know you've heard it plenty, but I have to say it once more: If you starve yourself or eat under 1,200 calories in 24 hours, your body goes into starvation mode.
What exactly happens? - Metabolism practically ceases. - Body breaks down and 'eats' your muscle. - You end up being flabbier once you resume normal eating habits.
Just remember the magic number: 1,200. For some, 1,400-2,000.
Just exercise! You can't lose weight from dieting alone!
