~Hello.~
This my little diet journal to help track my progress.

I will be doing daily entries of what I eat, and how the day went.
But I will only do weigh- ins at the end of the week.

I will be following a diet that consists of a 28 day diet cycle, followed by a 14 day cycle. (And I will be repeating these cycles until I reach my goal weight)

Starting weight: 200 lbs
Ending weight: 145 lbs

Goals: started diet on 1/7
- Lose 10 pounds by 1/28/08
- Lose 10 pounds more by 1/11/08
- Lose 10 pounds more by 2/25/08
- Lose 10 pounds more by 3/31/08
- Lose 10 pounds more by 5/5/08
- Lose 5 pounds more by 5/26/08
- Keep the weight off through the Holidays
- Keep the weight off for one year

- Never forget that you are more important then the numbers on the scale.

Lunch: Celery with Peanutbutter, green apple. 2 cups of Lettuce with 15 calories of dressing

Snack: Beef Jerky

Dinner: 2 eggs with a piece of toast, 2 cups of torn lettuce with 15 calories of dressing, one banana, Brocolli

Snack: Milk
