In the Borg collective I'd loose my whole being. If I die I will have it.

I'd rather be killed.

The thought of becoming borg actually scares me...kind of because I can see it happening realistically. (Anyone go to highschool?)

I don't really care.

Being part of the borg is probably similar to death. However, you do get to be super powerful and kill things as a borg, so maybe I'd choose borg.

Humans usually have this innate will to live, and despite what is said, when it comes down to it, more people would probably end up choosing borg.

I'd choose the Borg.

It's like the ultimate family... and you instantly learn a lot.
I guess the trade off is that you have to ruin the lives of other people...

Personally, I would rather be assimilated by the Borg for two reasons.
1. All of the Borg would crave cheese, and the queen would get a bit more bossy.
2. It would mean that Star Trek is real, and all of our time watching shows long past their coolness to the modern man would not be wasted.

Being one who values my privacy beyond anything else I think I'd rather jump out of an airlock before being assimilated.

You know what, I think it would feel good to be a part of something so cohesive and safe. I tend to think of the lighter side of the borg being the Taelons (from Earth: Final Conflict), and the idea of a commonality where you are never truly alone. There's something very soothing about that idea.

I wouldn't just kill myself i would destory my whole body so the borg will not use my body for experiments.

*cries, it is the end*

I would let myself get assimilated because since the Borg encorporate your entire personality it is theoretically possible that a particularly strong personality could fight back and retain control of his/her body maybe even be able to help liberate other individuals within the collective.

i don't think it matters becuase being assimalated its almost as if you're dead any way. you are no longer unique and thats what makes us who we are...so in a sense i gues if we're assimalated we cease to exist...
