This is my firt entry. and most definately not the last one.
:] I begin this leg of my wheight loss adventure by wheighing in this morning at 122.5 pounds. NOW. this is pretty much the final leg of my journey. Im at the 'last-ten-pounds" stage. Pretty much, I am going to record my daily eating habits, what I do, my mood, amount of sleep, smoking, B&P, and stress factors in my life. This will give me a chance to look back and to find common stressors which lead to overreating.

SLEEP: 6-7 hours
Breakfast: "toast and cocoa" 2 slices toast, 2-3 tablespoos peanut butter, 1/4 package "fat free" "sugar free" cocoa.
Lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich. 1 slice whole wheat bread.1 tbsp mayo, 1tsp mustard. 2 "hand sized" medium slices of ham.
Snacks: 1 sandwich bag full of raw carrots, cauliflower, brocolli. 5 apple slices. 1 banana. 3 "tall" peppermint tea~ *no calories biggrin DDD*
FOOD MISTAKES: portion of brownie. small portion of pastry.

Stressors: Skipped a class. D:
Turning in a Major Take-home Exam.
