If you've tried a product, be it a certain type of food, meal replacement, supplement, or exercise-related item, and you think it's wonderful, horrible, or doesn't work.. post it in here!

It can save your fellow guild members time and money, so they don't have to use 10 different products to find the right one. (:

For only 180 calories? That's insane. I had one, I love it, I'm going to go for more next time I'm at the grocery store, and I'll let you guys know the long-term results. <3

This is so weird! I was super insomniac last night and watching informercials (6 Week Body Makeover and that "loss inches through breathing exercises" dealie) and was going to make a post just like this when I got on the computer. I don't suppose you were also super insomniac last night? xd

We all know I love Walk Away the Pounds with weighted balls (amazon link) and like Walk Away the Pounds Express with the stretchie band. The second link is to the Walk Away homepage and besides featuring Express on the main page they also show the "Walk Blaster" which I've never tried.

I think these are the Walk Away videos that use the weights but repackaged without the weights and with meal cards and vitmains instead (umm, wut?). I know when I reordered my dvd to replace my VHS (no longer have a VHS player atm *sniff*) it came with a "hey, buy the weights for 9.95" card. So I would just save some money and buy the 3-1 dvd (amazon link) and then buy Leslie's balls or any of the 2 pound balls out there. Or got sans weights (no big!) or dumbbells or soup cans.

Meijer Brand Lean frozen dinners = the yum, this rec is only helpful for those of us in Michigan or the 4 other states with meijer but! I'm very pleased with these meals. They were on sale last week and I bought a ravioli and a sesame chicken/broccoli meal and I was very satisfied with the taste.

The sesame chicken was only 170 calories, 16 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and while it was full of sodium (640) it is much lower than some other convenience food. It was tasty and paired with some salad or even also with some warm bread (pimping la brea bread here) that would a complete and filling meal. I ate it solo and still was happy.

I ate the ravioli several days ago and don't remember the stats but it was really good and I know I looked at the nutrition label before I bought the meals.

I have to second you on the Optima. The other Slimfast cans seem too thick and sandy, but these ones ARE good.
