I try not to let it get to me, a terrorists primary weapon is fear. If you are not afraid (and there is no real reason to be) then terror tactics do not work to thier full extent.

Well, it's just this seems to be someone doing something very specific. Why? Because of too many parking tickets??! Crazy.
