There is actually a new burger place where I live (Five Guys) that serves something called a "Veggie Sandwich" which is a burger (without a burger!) with lots of yummy vegetables like grilled onion and mushroom in it. It's a great veg alternative.

due to being expensive, I've only had portobellos once, but damn, they're soo good, it's well worth the price smile
