I've noticed that you haven't done any excersise in the past couple of days.

May I suggest simply doing some crunches and push ups when you wake up in the morning or before bed.

It can't replace working out, but it'll keep you going towards your goal while allowing your body to rest. Plus with the extra crunches you'll have great abs ^_~

I mainly stuck to a set diet.
Half a cupy thing of nonfat yogurt in the morning (150 cal for the entire thing, so half that for brekkie) with an apple.

Apple and rice cake, Peanut Butter on either for lunch.

1/2 plate of dinner.

Worked nicely. <3
Along with healthy exercise. 3nodding heart
