I would think that you would do so on the guild homepage. There's a spot for the amount and your password.

Umm, you might want to give it to julie in case she wants to do a contest, but just go with what Jajuima said. I wonder if some guilds make a fake version of the donatish thing to hack. That'd be scary. But they'd get reported.
