She grabbed her dress, crinkled it within her delicate hands. "I ummmm am okay.." She said it softly, she looked downward...trying to avoid his eyes. "Are you well....sir?"

Neil nodded and walked over to her. "You don't look fine..." he said in a husky sexy accent.

She looked in the distanced, this person was rather appealing in her eyes.."I don't know where i am..." She said in a soft voice, she was scared..

"Haven City..." he said as he walked a little away from her. "So why're you here mate?"

She looked him directly in the eyes. "I was....hoping to get to know....ummm my past.." She tighten her grip on her dress.

Neil nodded and began to drink his beer again. "Want some?" He asked.

She takes a step forward...takes a sip. Makes a face, and hands it back. "it doesn't taste well..." She looks back up at the mans face.."Why are...you here?"

He smirked, "hopefully to get a job and go to college..." he said with a sigh.

She looked sad. "I am sorry to be a bother to you" Midnight walked over to the tree a few feet away and sat underneath it..

He walked over to her and sat down beside her. "Your not a bother."

She blushed, tucking her head between her legs. "Midnight....is my name..."

He smiled, "Neil..."

She looked up into the stars.."The stars seem soo .....far .....away" she reached her hand out toward the stars. She started shivering as the cold air whipped around her.

Elen finds herself in her usual tree, as of this week, inspecting the wounds that were still left of her arms from her fathers beatings. Her feet were also raw and painful from the walk to haven but she felt safe. Safer than she had felt in a while but fear still strongly lingered.
