My problem areas are my arms && thighs.
D;

Any suggestions on the best workout for either of them?

    Ah, yes. A problem area for me, too.
    I've found that weights (3-10lb) are handy for your arms, do curls for your biceps, and also lift for your triceps (hold weights, and lift your arms straight out so you look like a cross/T or whatever).
    50 of those, two times a day, keeps me decent.

    As far as thighs go, I've found that LUNGES are amazinnggg.
    If you don't know what they are, it's like, walking, with LOTS of gravity. You step out with your right leg, slowly bend down so your left knee ALMOST touches thr ground, and then step. Step out with your left, so your right knee almost touches, repeat. It's slimmed my thighs down a LOT.

Squats are also killer for the back of the legs, you sit back as if you are sitting in a chair (knees don't go over your toes), you can also modify this using an exercise ball against the wall.. stick your feet out in front of you, the ball behind you against the wall (lower back) then roll down into the squat position. you can make this more difficult by using hand weights.
