I have now made over 5 threads of my Helpful Hints series! This one will tell you how thinking positive will help you lose weight.

1.Dont think that just because your friend is in a size 3-5 doesnt mean you should be too,people come in all different shapes and sizes

2.Most models are not the best influence for weight,dont try to be "Skinny",try to find a weight that you are coomfortable with

3.Tell yourself you can lose weight,thinking poorly of yourself with disincourage you.

4.Just because you think your not losing weight,doesnt mean you arent. Losing weight takes some time,its a comentment!
