Now all we need is common plastic surgery for: Vulcan ears, Trill spots, Klingon or Romulan Ridges, and Bajoran noses.

Trill spots can easily be taken care of by tattoos XD

Trill spots are easy, rub your forhead with dirt(any kind will do)
and dont wash for 2 months pirate

I bought the Bajoran earrings off eBay, which mine was awesome. I could actually wear it and it didn't slide. And as far as I know, I haven't lost. xp
