Okay this is my 5th "Kais helpful hints"... This one will teach you how to dress to flatter your body!


1.Remember,dont just follow trends,wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.

2.A shirt with horizantal lines will make you appear a bit wider.

3.A shirt with vertical lines will appear slim you down.

4.We all know,black IS slimming!

5.If your problem area is say your waist,then wear an outfit with some "flashy" shoes to draw the eye away from your waist(just wear something on the oppisite part of your body to draw attention away from your problem area)

6.A swim suit with a little skirt as a bottom will appear to slim your thieghs.

7.A longer top like a tank top kind of swim suit will flatter your hips/waist!

8. avoid carpender and 'mom' jeans at ALL COSTS! (they are a really nasty sight)

9. Jeans or pants with alot of pockets are not sexy and will only make your bottom half appear larger.

10. If you are uncomfortable with your weight (which is why you're here) you shouldn't go around thinkning that you can walk around with sweat-pants all day. It isn't the least bit attractive. (I too had this fa-ze) They also tend to stick to your form, revealing all folds.

11. Balance your hair out with your body. Larger volume of hair makes the body seem the right size for you.
