eating habits: I watch the calories I consume, but I binge. I don't drink water; at all. I only exercise when I feel like it.

goal weight for december 20th (two weeks):139/140
plans: no snack (except for veggies).
drinking mainly water
exercise every other day.

A healthy weightloss is a maximum of 2-3lbs a week, unless you're obese (which you are not) so aiming for a weightloss of nearly 10lbs in 2 weeks is somewhat unhealthy.

2-3 lbs per week = 4-6 pounds in two weeks.

Also- setting overly high goals makes for disappointment. I would say try to aim for 10 lbs in a month. That way you have the same goal, but have a little longer to reach it.
