I just got a lvl 20 Frozen Tuna from Gachapon, and I've been trying to equip it but this keeps on popping up! "stats are too low"
it's required stats are lvl 20 and 80 str....dang, does my str need to exactly be 80 to equip? or is this a glitch??

That's because it's a Beginner-Only weapon. The stats are right, yes, but you have to still be a permanoob. It's class-specific. That's the same reason that bowmen can't equip a lot of warrior stuff and vice-versa even if they share a lot of stats.
