Met Mikeyway. We had a good conversation with him and his friend Sean about the Smashing Pumpkins. He was telling me how he got to meet BC and we had a total giddy fan moment together over BC.
He gives very good hugs.
Gerard gives very good hugs as well. We talked about the demo of Disenchanted when they were playing it on the last fall tour. He was very in to getting feedback. He put his arm around my shoulders as we talked.
Frank, me, and my friend talked for a bit. Frank complained that he wanted an orange/black striped sweater and it'd be totally cooler than his red/black striped one. I accidently said out loud "Dude you're like *barely* taller than me" he gave me a high five for "kicking a** at being short"
Bob came out with Big Worm and he kept trying to pocket presents we gave him to give to the other guys. He went "Can I keep this?..And this? come on. They won't miss it." then just triumphantly said (when we handed him this little sewn Mikey doll as a werewolf) "I'm keeping this one for my bunk"
It's great that you actually had an conversation about their music and saw mikey go fanboy over BC. That must have been cool. ^_^
From what I've heard most people only get the handshake or a hug. So you must have really made an impression on them.
Chelly told me yesterday that Mikey can be a bit of an a**. She said that he told them to ******** off when they asked for an autograph... but from what you said he sounds like a doll. Perhaps he was just in a bad mood when Chell met them.
Bob sounds like a sweet heart, even though he was trying to steal everyones gifts.
lol I feel bad for him, it's like all the fangirls ignore him! I'll have to start a gift for him, that way when they FINALY tour down here I'll have something awesome for him.
(( And now for some reason I have the sudden ugre to knit an orange and black sweater.
