I posted a story a while back, but then had to go and completely change it. Apparently, they have some rule where there can't be more than a few song lyrics in your FanFiction. That, or the guy was just messing with me.
If there is such a rule, why? As long as your FanFiction isn't totally dominated by songs, I don't see any reason why lyrics, as long as they are relevant to the story, should be so bad. What do you think?

Hn, I've never heard of that, but I don't usually fanfictions, let alone those with lyrics in them?

I dislike songfics gonk
It's no fun reading lyrics. And most songfics have like ten lines of the song, and then one line telling you "he looked at him", *ten lines of the song* "he smiled" *Another ten lines* and so on gonk
I've only read one songifc that I really liked *___*
Did you remember to write a disclaimer about who made the song?
Did you get a review saying that there were too many lyrics? Ignore it, you can always change it if it gets removed.
