I am starting my diet today and I know I can come through with this here are a list of things I will conclude in my journal.

Things I am committed to do:
1. Taebo video atleast 3 times a week.
2. 60 sit ups a day.
3. 10 pushups a day.
4. Ride bike for all week days.
5. 50 leg lifts.
6. 30-60 minutes on exercise Bike.
7. 5 cups of water a day.
8. 100 butt suck ins
9. 10 times of of going up & down stairs.
10. 10 filps on the tramp a day. (that is if there is no snow on it...)


Current weight-138 lbs.



My Goal in weight loss- 120 lbs.



My thoughts about My weightloss- I really think I am going to stick to my weight loss and get down to my goal. With support from my family and friends I am sure I can do whatever I set my mind too.


Rewards:

135 lbs-2 chips
133- Get to stay up till 10:30PM
130-New chapstick (Cherry Flavored wink )
127- New eyeliner
124-New lips gloss

120- THROW A PARTY!


I am going to Weigh My self Once a Week.

Things to do
1. {} Taebo video.

What I ate:

Breakfast: I had a Light yogurt and a 99% fat free yogurt. 2 glasses of water 9 or 10 grapes and a banana.




Lunch: I had a salad with ranch dressing. 5 or 6 grapes. Some seeds. apple juice and a glass of water.



Dinner: I had 2 pieces of pizza.. sweatdrop 4 glasses of water. And 1 gogurt



My thoughts:It was a good day till it got to dinner. I totally flaked. My mother was being so iffy!!! She was telling me a piece of pizza wouldnt hurt any and I could burn i toff. Then she told me to have another and I did. I feel so guilty I wish I could just erase me eating that. I bet I glad a pound. I am so scared. I hope I do better tommorow.. sweatdrop But I am proud of myself because after dinner I took a bike ride and did my exercise bike for 30 minutes. I feel so confident at this point.
