O.o No. But I've seen a movie that's similar. It's called Goong, meaning "Palace". And it's Korean too. =]

I`ve watched it. I can`t say that it was really great, but it was okay. Some parts of it were so boring that I fell asleep and my family watched a couple of episodes without me..

It was awesome. The beginning was boring though. And the ending could've been better. XD But overall, the movie was good. The girl's really pretty. And the guy's ugly. Dx. But it's a pretty good story. I heard it's somewhat true? Am I right? (=
