Now I have some more tips on getting a nice workout!
1.Dont force yourself into it,start slow and get faster as you move along,this way you dont lose energy as fast
2.Its funner to talk hikes/joggs/walks with other friends or co-workers,plan an outing this way you have fun but still get a nice exersice.
3.Join a group workout at your local fitness cener,now you wont feel like your the only one trying to lose some weight,your with a ton of people who have the same goal as you,and clesses are not that exsepncive!
4.Drink plenty of water throughout your workout,this will give you energy and keep you feeling good.
5.Remember just eating healthy or just working out wont get you very far,a good diet and a good workout go hand in hand
