Yesterday (I'm at school so I'll format this post later when I get home)

Lunch
Chicken Breast
And Ziti A lot of baked ziti
1/8 of a tony's original crust four cheese pizza

Dinner
4.5 cups of Broccoli (135 calories and it's ALOT of broccoli)
1/8 a slice of pizza
chicken breast sandwich with cheese and whole grain bread
4 oz of Mt. Dew Code Red (i didn't finish my can of soda)

Today
Quaker Oats Apples and cinn.

Walked for half an hour and got up to 6700 steps or something like that.

A lot of people think they can just diet without excersising, and it'll have the same results lol. domokun

I didn't excersise today, I'm sick! Woke up with the flu or something.

Lunch
Chicken sub from school, which i never should of had. Urg, those stomach pains with the tums were my stomach getting smaller. I use to eat a whole sub, soda, fries. Now I almost died with the sub, and then my mom took me voting while I was dying.. urg moms.

I have been a very bad girl everyone. But I shall better I SWEAR!

I automated breakfast, Pom juice and Apple Cinn. Oatmeal.

Lunch I'm working on and I'm still reading YOU! the owner's manual.

I've just been a very bad dieter, I think i gave myself to much pressure, so that dieting was a chore and not a change.

Just start substituting, instead of cutting out. Like, if you want something sweet substitute it, like you did with pudding instead of icecream.

Remember to excersise. That's the most important!

Ellie is a very bad monkey, she isn't updating well today I was 342 pounds or 44 i don't remember exactly, but woot 5 lbs gone...

5lbs is awesome!
Just think, if you lose like, even 5lbs a month, in a year you'll have lost 60lbs!
In 2 years thats 120 lbs! Thats like a small person!

Think about it this way, you didnt just oen day wake up at your current weight; it took years and years. So 5lbs lost here and there will totally add up in the longrun.

Update more.

Okay I am here! -puff puff- after a very long hiatus -poke from person- okay a very very long hiatus -another poke- OKAY! after a super long omg-i-just-saw-a-new-ice-age hiatus I am back..... hopefully.... I think... Journals are hard man!!!

but I've lost 8 pounds so far!! yay!!!!

To Be Fat Like Me:

Did anyone see that movie on Lifetime. It's so cliche I know but really it got to me a little. I've been bullied but I don't remember it being like that. I don't know if I didn't think really hard I would say no i haven't been bullied about my weight.

The girl had a stash of candy bars in her car... who has a stash? I've had a stash... but then i forgot about it and bad things happened and I was like twelve I think thinking it was cool.


I feel like an outsider on both sides razz

Breakfast: Don't remember, it was in a bowl I think... OH WAIT! it was toast and lightly sauted mushrooms with an egg and half a slice of cheese.
Lunch: Stir Fry (swear word here) Yum Yum
Snack: Low carb ice cream bar, those things are AMAZING!

And that's my story razz

I got one of my new awesome text books in the mail today. Not even a dent in the corners it's that new. -faints- Yes I am a nerd, which is actually a really mean term.

Nerd Noun:
1. a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person.

Geek Noun:
1. a carnival performer who performs sensationally morbid or disgusting acts, as biting off the head of a live chicken.

yeah i don't like those words anymore.

Breakfast: Ice Cream
Snack: 100 calorie snack pack and cheeze its (mmm white chedder)
Lunch: Muchroom and cheese Omlette

Movie: Underworld: Evolution
I want her eyebrows...

EEK! no it can't have been over a month since I've graced this food journal...

Noted facts of the localness....
335 to 340 lbs (it shifts)
48 percent body fat (WHAT THE ********?!) i could be 180 and have 10 percent body fat...

So with 340 lbs... 48 percent fat that means
163.2 lbs, of not fat. which with 12 percent added on. 182 pounds!!
