My little heaven of meditation and organization.


Height: 5'2
Weight: Dunno.... 130? 125?
Frame Size: Small to Medium Small
Goal: Probably down around 105-100
Age: 21
Pant size: 5 but they are baggy
Shirt size: Medium



I'm not on a weight goal, but I think I need to drop about fifteen pounds. I'm a puny little thing as far as height goes, and I know my weight doesn't reflect that.

I'm really just looking to tighten up and firm my problem areas. Around my belly, upper arms, and my legs need a little work too.



Will be keeping daily entries. Maybe more.

Spent most of the day sleeping... Totally exhausted and pretty ill feeling.

Better now. I think I was over tried and last night was stressful.

Felt pretty bad about food choices yesterday... Had a big salad with cheese, half a peanut butter and jelly, and went out for thai where I got a shrimp and scallop curry with a home made ginger ale.

Today I opted not to join my friend for breakfast, which was cinnamon rolls with frosting, instead was going to make something when we got home but I didn't. I took a nap instead.

Woke up in the mid afternoon and didn't feel hungry. Had some water and unsweetened green tea.

Just had two Dark Dove Chocolate pieces... About 80 calories there.

had an apple for dinner. Calories? I don't know... Maybe around 60-100.

Also had a bowl of Kashi cereal and organic skim milk. Plus half a Cascadian chewy garnola bar my friend told me to finish.


Exercise today? No.... Was going to walk the mile up to the zoo and walk around there for a while but the weather was nasty today.

Ugh... Had breakfast and it was good but I just found out the cream was spoiled. So I may get ill. I doubt it, it didn't taste bad but it was a little filmy. I didn't notice until after.

So... My friend cooked and made scrambled eggs with gouda and buttered toast.

Likely a pretty fatty breafast. I need to be good today.




Had a grilled veggie pita for dinner and some french fries.... Bad me.
