VCDs

Okay What is up with the VCDs? they are everywhere.

I've never used a VCD before, because I'm not exactly sure what they are or if they are worth my money, but when I go shopping for foreign music and shows, I can't escape them sweatdrop

Some do, some don't. VCD is basically a cd disc. rofl It plays on windows media and s**t. You can play it on the computer or a VCD player. My dvd can play both. 3nodding Perhaps yours can too?

I have a VCD for the TRAX. It's basically a CD that has videos on it and stuff...if I'm not mistaken. ^^;;

they sound like the cheap (possibly) counterfeit way to get the shows your after. Hrmm... I wonder if my dvd plays them.
Would you recomend getting vcds over dvds?
