I'll try to update every monday when I weigh myself. My goal is to get down to at least 250.

Week 0: 320 lbs
Week 1: 315 lbs
Week 2: 300 lbs
Week 3: {i'll be on vacation this week so I won't be updated}
Week 4: 295 lbs
Week 5: 295 lbs

Yeah. I lost another five pounds but it was in a two week period. I could have lost more after that third week but put it back on when I was on vacation. I still did my best and watched what I ate but I didn't do much working out. Walked a lot but that was about it.

I didn't loss any weight. crying I guess it's time for me to actully work at it now and not just rely on my body adjusting to a little less food. I worked all friday, from 8 in the morning to about 6 or 7 at night, helping my dad move. I even fell from the Uhal a few times. I'm surprised after that I didn't lose a pound or two. Oh well. It just means I'm going to have to work hard now.
