My friend told me about some guy he and a co-worker were making fun of at his work, went something like this:

Friend: What the hell is this music playing?
Co-Worker: That's Tom's iPod.
F: Wow, he really listens to some gay s**t.
C:Yeah man, maybe he's gay.
F: Yeah! And he's ********' that gay dude who works in the market over there.
C: YEAH!
F : Tom's probably his b***h and he get's ******** on a regular basis.

This, too, is more naïve than innocent... I have a friend named Adriana. She's normally super innocent and doesn't get any of our sex jokes.
However.
This guy at my school had done something that looked like suggestive hand motions and all my friends laughed.
She didn't.
"I don't get it..." she said.
They explained to her.
And she goes "But I thought they were *this* big!" and holds out her hands outlining what would be around the same circumference as a large coke bottle.

Dear lord, when I was a highschool senior, my 2 best friends were juniors. One loved yaoi and BL as much as I did. The other? didn't even know what masturbation was o.0 We'd say a slang word for p***s, and she'd be,m "I don't even want to know what that is."

Hahaha, I haven't been that innocent since middleschool. When I first got into Yaoi/BL I didn't wonder about how the sex would work until I found my first smutty fanfic, and then I was like "OOOoooooh. That's how that goes. That makes sense." The internet destroyed the innocence of all my friends long before I ever had to try and explain anything.

My little brother just came into my room and he asked me this:

Ah, yes innocent days. I remember when my teacher was reading a book and it talked about this guy naming a condom and the class started laughing. I had no idea what a condom was, so when I asked my friend she was like, "Go ask your sister." So I did. Awkward.
