Haha. Yeah..I posted this on a Star Trek board. It happened that earlier on it, I was having a discussion over why I hate T'Pol for displaying too much emotion. "Those are not proper Vulcan mannerisms. Displaying emotions are majour taboo, ect ect" Then after I posted those pics on another thread, someone said something like "and thats how Vulcans are supposed to act?"
I then proceeded to grow mushrooms in a corner, under a cloud of angst. >_>;
Question: Is the art bad, or is it just the concept that freaks everyone out?

It is the concept... it just ain't right... Despite the fantasies of many, Vulcan reproduction is distant and not loving... Just an intintual act... Yes there is a bond, but not in a sexual way.
They art is fine... It is just that some things should stay in our heads...

Perhaps it comes from reading too many Spock/Saavik fanfics. >_>; I visit Spock and Saavik.com too much..
Vulcans are more emotional then Terrans in all honesty, thats why they nearly destroyed T'khasi before stoicism came about. Vulcans arent nesecarily so cold around their bondmates, that has been established by Sarek and Amanda
