Angling is fine. Shooting is fine. Hunting down the occasional African Elephant with a .800 rifle, is also fine.

Overfishing is hazardous to the ecosystem. Fishing in itself is not.

Neither is a biohazard.

Don't agree with the elephant bit at all. If you feel like killing an elephant use a sword or a machete or a long stick but guns aren't fair.

Elephants are huge great things with muscles like tree-trunks and a rock-solid skull, the bullet is a fair advantage, not an unreasonable one. It's unreasonable if you're killing little birds and calling it a sport. As it's clearly unsporting.

Straight-line maternal lineage; my devout Catholic maternal grandmother's maternal grandmother was a Jew. Apparently, in Orthodox circles, this qualifies me for Israeli citizenship and makes me a Jew.

Nonetheless, my ancestors have probably killed more Jews than my ancestors have been them. There are Crusaders, and Vichy French.

So you qualify as a Jew because your great-great-grandmother was one? You see, this is where I and mainstream Judaism part.

Half Irish on my father's side, but I've never been connected with that side of my family. My heritage if you go far enough back into my bloodline is Gypsy, my gran's been tracing my family's history, it's amazing reading what she's found.

My dad's from Cyprus, and my mums part Welsh and Irish so I'm only 25% English. Never lived anywhere else though meh xp
