I'm not new to trying to lose weight, I've been doing it off and on for a couple years and I've always noticed one thing with the meal diets, (slim fast and such), the thign is that you're supposed to replace not one(which would be easy for breakfast) but TWO meals with a bowl of cereal, or an 8 ounce drink and then you loose ten lbs. but if you think about you're more likely to gain wieght as you starve yourself and then eat more to try and satisfy your hunger, these are just some of the bogues diest out there.
