Well let me see. I only have three favorite pairings:

*HousexWilson is a must. Its kind of hard not to see that there's something between them. For crying out loud at the end of one episode he tells Wilson he loves him 4laugh It was so sweet.

*ForemanxChase. Expecially when Chase is hurt somehow. I just love those type of fics.

and last but not least

HousexWilsonxCuddy. I don't know why but I can just see this happening. Don't ask
