▌Beetles!! What started off as gaming necessity has turned into a real interest. Itto adores his beetles the same way some people adore their cats or dogs.

♕ FEARS ❞
▌Beans! While he laughs off all his fears and his fear response is selective (he hates that people just throw beans everywhere but has no issue eating 32 bowls of bean-based noodles for a contest), make no mistake: He is terrified of beans. Why? Because he's allergic, of course! All oni are allergic to beans, but Itto's allergy is extreme. Which is an unfortunate shock considering he is only half-oni.
▌Losing his Vision. He's done that song and dance once already; he never wants to do it again. It was a dark, miserable time for both him and his family.
▌He knows he's going to outlive his friends and that's okay, but the idea of losing them prematurely is not something he likes to think about.
♕ PERSONALITY ❞
Despite appearing as "mean and overbearing", Itto is a kind soul at heart, apart from trying to pick a fight with Kujou Sara at every possible opportunity. He is not particularly intelligent, but can put in the effort when asked of him. He is respected by his gang and mostly liked by Inazuma City's people, especially children, but is at odds with the Tenryou Commission despite his mostly harmless antics and pranks.
Itto takes pride in his oni heritage and does not like those who discriminate his kind. He appreciates the sacrifice made by his blue oni brethren for ensuring that oni could be accepted into human society in the present day, even wanting to share the results with them as thanks for their efforts. He always remembers the age-old pact between the oni tribes and never uses his strength for malicious purposes, refusing to terrorize humans and steal rewards that he hadn't claimed legitimately. Due to this pride, he is extremely competitive, although he knows when to concede.
Itto also has a habit of making names on the go and maintaining his appearance no matter how severe the weather can be. Despite only being part-oni, Itto is extremely allergic to beans; making contact with one can cause significant shock, while consuming them can cause him to be bedridden for prolonged periods of time.
♕ BIOGRAPHY ❞
Look, things happened. He and his parents were chased out of their village after being falsely accused of a crime they didn't commit purely because of their oni heritage, his parents died when he was just a kid, he was heavily mistreated and struggled to get by, and then he was taken in by a kind old woman that now goes by Granny Oni. Itto has a brave face and by all accounts, it's in no way insincere, but he knows his life sucked. Still kind of does. But, Itto's only ever been motivated to use the prejudice he experiences as fuel to be his very best. To prove everyone wrong and show them that he isn't some kind of monster. A slow process for sure as Itto is adamant that he earn their respect legitimately without doing any sucking up to others. His oni pride wouldn't allow it and even if he wasn't an oni, respect earned through sweet words isn't respect at all; it's just flattery. It's not easy, but he has Granny Oni and the Arataki Gang backing him up; he has his family. Whatever problems arise, he'll face it head-on, and if he happens to pick up any lost or wayward souls with nowhere to go along the way, that's all the better.

▌Gokadaiou Otogibanashi : Offers a significant boost to Itto's natural durability as well as a significant boost to his attacks.
♕ MAGIC ❞
▌Masatsu Zetsugi: Akaushi Burst! : Hurls Ushi, the young akaushi bull and auxiliary member of the Arataki Gang, dealing Geo/Earth damage to opponents on hit. Along with acting as a cannonball, Ushi also draws the attention of the enemy. He runs off when he takes enough damage or until the duration of his summon runs out.
▌Royal Descent: Behold, Itto the Evil! : Itto unleashes his inner Raging Oni and wields his Oni King's Kanabou in place of his claymore. This lasts until the battle ends. While it grants a boost of attack speed and strength as well as converts all his attacks to Geo/Earth affiliation, it considerably weakens his elemental and physical resistance.
♕ SKILLS ❞
▌Superhuman Strength As an oni, Itto is incredibly strong. He can lift things most can't with ease. Crushing things is also very easy for him. However, Itto almost never uses the true extent of his strength against humans; he'll only ever use as much as he needs, even in a fight. This is an ingrained precautionary measure so he doesn't end up hurting humans beyond repair.
▌Elemental Sight The ability to see elemental traces. This is something only Teyvat's Vision holders can do and even then, it's apparently rare.
♕ SUMMON : Ushi
Itto's summon is actually an out-of-battle one. While Ushi can be summoned into combat through Itto's Elemental Skill, he can also be called upon outside of fights. When summoned this way, Ushi has no time duration; he'll remain until Itto sends him away. Ushi seems to be loyal to Itto, obeying his orders upon being summoned. He also has some degree of higher intelligence, as he is able to verbally communicate his thoughts to other people through Itto. Ushi still has his uses in this casual state if one were so inclined to use them.
▌Exorcism : Ushi was known to go around eliminating evil yōkai and spirits until he met Itto and chose to stay by his side. While he has no common use for these skills anymore, he is still capable of it.
▌Superior Sense of Direction : He can find his way to any place asked of him so long as there's a way for him to physically get there.
▌Itto Calming Agent : While nowhere near as effective at curbing Itto's volatile temper and eccentricities as Shinobu, Ushi is still able to reason with his oni companion. He's good to have around in Shinobu's absence.

♕ CRUSH : No one serious, though he is incredibly fond of The Traveler (but everyone has a thing for The Traveler so it's whatever) and he does admire Ms. Hina a lot
♕ EXTRAS ❞
▌You wouldn't believe it until you heard him, but Itto is actually a great singer. Most of the lyrics he sings are garbage unless he's singing an actual song, but his vocals are incredible.
▌Itto hates the very idea of sacrificing yourself or others even in the most dire of circumstances. He gets angry whenever someone even mentions it as a plan and he will do everything in his power to prevent it. Ironically, this sometimes culminates in him sacrificing himself, but as Shinobu would say, Itto doesn't consider his extreme acts as sacrificial; he firmly believes he can do whatever he sets his mind to and he certainly never has any expectations of being left behind. That said, he acknowledges others' sacrifices and never disrespects them. He just wishes it hadn't been done.
▌No one tell Itto that the main reason the kids like to play hide-and-seek and fight onikabuto with him is because he's actually very bad at them, so they actually get to win. He's very bad at luck-based or searching games, but anything that requires actual skill on his part are his bread and butter.
▌Itto sleeps with his eyes open. He can also play the harmonica with his nose and whack flies with his hair. What else do you need in a gang leader really?
▌Itto's Vision is directly connected to his ambitions. If his Vision is snatched from his person, like all Vision holders, he will begin a quick decline into lethargy and depression. His memories may also be affected, specifically of those related to what prompted Celestia to give him a Vision in the first place.
▌As a Vision holder, Itto has the potential to become an Archon should Celestia choose to make him one. This knowledge is only known to Celestia and the Archons, of course, so Itto isn't aware of it. But, it's a fun fact. Don't ever let him know, though; his ego would never be manageable again.
▌It goes without saying that Itto detests dishonesty. Scams, lies, broken promises; he hates them all. As someone who puts a lot of weight into trusting people on word of mouth alone, it angers him when he experiences or witnesses dishonesty.
▌While he's never been fully enraged before, Itto is still an oni even if his oni blood has been watered down by generations of coexistence with humans. It is still a very real outcome and, honestly, Itto is kind of scared of it. He's worried about what he'd do if he was ever truly enraged.
▌He is officially recognized as jobless by the Tri-Commission and the people of Inazuma, but that's actually not true. He may not have an actual job or steady income, but it isn't like he sits around doing nothing. He and his gang do odd jobs to scrape by. And, it's not like Itto has never not tried to get a job; it's not easy when few people are willing to hire an oni. It's not perfect and can be difficult when they don't managed to earn any Mora, but they're honest workers if given the chance.
▌Despite what people might say or accuse them off, Itto and the members of the Arataki Gang have never stolen anything and they never would. All their Mora and other loots are earned legitimately; either through odd jobs, winning it from games and bets, or rewards from the small adventures they go on. Sure, sometimes they go overboard and take more than they should, but they always own up to it in the end and return what they don't need. They're not bad people.
▌Ironically, onikabuto actually hate fighting; they're normally very docile. So much so they don't even flee when captured. Oddly enough, though, the onikabuto Itto and the kids catch for beetle fighting don't seem to mind much at all. Maybe because they're not actually getting hurt? Or, maybe they like not having to worry about surviving out in the wild? Who knows. Itto certainly doesn't. All he knows is that they're fierce little guys despite their reputation and he can respect all that hidden spirit.
