On orders from Lahlil, Chosuke, Shikarie, and Inohachi have been sent to investigate a mysterious carnival that recently sent itself up along one f the roads to the imperial capital of the fire empire. Reports suggest that everyone who visits its grounds has since disappeared, along with it just giving off the general heebie-jeebies so the Hokage has sent an envoy to talk to whoever is in charge of the place and get them to move it. Force should be used only as a last resort!
