Physical Description: Small and wiry of build, Toloeia has pale freckled skin that refuses to tan, only burns. She has wavy, thick hip length hair that is such a pale blonde that it appears white. Her eyes are a brilliant, pale blue-green and she is frequently seen smiling.
Personality: If you ever need someone to pick you up and cheer you on, Toloeia is your girl. She is an endless fount of enthusiasm and excitement. Every day is greeted with wonder and a manic cheer as she considers the possibilities. She is never not excited and ready to go out and seize life by the balls. It's rather like being friends with a cheerful tornado that is always asking "OOOOH! WHAT'S THAT?!?" And in spite of the mildly frightening impression she is given to make, Toloeia is incredibly kind to those she meets whether they are a people or not. She wants to make sure that everyone is doing okay and has what they need to be safe and happy. She is constantly trying to make friends with every firelizard and canine she finds. Frankly, she would happily bleed herself dry if it would help someone in need. And that's not counting how steadfastly loyal she is to her friends and family. If Toloeia would willingly bleed for a mere acquaintance, she would walk through hell and Threadfall for someone she genuinely cares for. Once Toloeia's love is given, it sticks though thick and thin.
For all her good points, Toloeia quite often veers into rude and overbearing in her enthusiasms. She sees no reason why you can't or won't go along with her ideas and has no problem telling you what a heckin' candyass (in more Pernese parlance) you are. Only in far less polite terms. She is a smol girl with the attitude of a surly wher. And with that attitude comes a sense that because she was born and bred in the Weyr, Toloeia is the sole expert in all things weyrlife, dragons and beyond. Whether you like it or not, if she thinks you lck knowledge, she will Expound at you. Though living so enthusiastically is a wonderful thing, it is not without it's (further) drawbacks. Such as Toloeia's oft-times obliviousness to the world around her. This has resulted in her not only being perpetually late for everything, but also caused her to neglect other duties. It is incredibly common for her to stroll up 15 minutes late with klah in hand and wondering why you're pitching such a darn fit. Things are still going to happen and get done. It is also incredibly common for her to miss important lessons in class. Oh, she's not skipping class, but she will sit there and somehow the lecture will just swoop right over her head. She tries to pay attention to the world round her, but she's just so darn busy that somehow, the world just slips by without her noticing.

History: Born in Western Weyr to a woman of the Lower Caverns and a visiting High Reaches rider, Toloeia lives and breathes Weyr life. She grew up loving dragons with her entire heart and was out on the Sands as a Candidate as soon as she was considered Old Enough. Though she hasn't impressed yet, she holds out hope that she will someday. In the meantime, she attends lessons with the Weyr Harper and Healer. Should the unthinkable happen and Toloeia doesn't impress, she intends to become a dragon healer. Especially with Thread returned and so much at stake.
