Unfortunately for him, it seems that bad luck is always following him around. Whether it be a cat clawing at his face, a woman beating him up as he tries to help them across the street; he can’t seem to catch a break. This may be why has tried to take the advice of soothsayers and anyone claiming that they can change his luck. From what you may have determined, he can often get swindled since he will believe just about anything that comes out of someone’s mouth. Quinn prefers working as a team than going on as a solo Hero. So he has ventured out to find someone he can work alongside with. Mr. Dodger is confident in his skills with his peculiarity but often second guesses his choices in more social settings. It can take a while for this man to actually make up his mind about what he wants. As a precaution, it might be best to alert him to the restaurant you’ll be heading with him or you might be there for a while (unless it is a familiar eatery).
