But Jacques wasn't always proud of baking. In fact there were sometimes where he downright ashamed of it and hid his interest for the craft. When he was seven he was relentlessly bullied for being passionate about baking. Daily mockings were the norm until he stopped going to school out of fear. That all changed when he met her. Finding a little girl stuck in a tree in his backyard made for an unforgettable encounter. A strange one she was, always seeming to be on the move but never did she judge him for liking baking. If anything it was the opposite. Her singing her praises lifted his spirits enough to confront his past aggressors to attend school once again. With courage in hand and proudly showing his cooking skills Jacques graduated elementary school without any problems. When his parents heard about a prestigious school called Ordell, they thought it was time for their son to expand his horizons. Having no reason to reject this notion, the hazel eyed boy packed his bag to start an adventure of his own.

Being the budding baker in the making, Jacques wants to bake for the masses and he wants to do it right. Most of these desserts will be new recipes, but he'll occasionally bake some of his greatest hits recipes.
