Brief Overview
It's basically two colonies, that work together harmoniously much like the sun and moon One of night and one of day. Both colonies have separate leaders. The Day colony is stationary and has a main city, and is protected by a day guard. There is a shift switch at dusk/dawn when the night guard comes out. the night colony, essentially is a roaming colony it travels around and removes threads within the territory and protects the city at night.
I imagine celebrations around the seasons and mainly equinoxes when the sun and moon are at at equal time in the sky. Both Day and night colonies would get together and celebrate.
