Ursula has been created our new Okten lines. Thank you Seruta for the lines and Fea Line for templating! Also, huge thanks to Fea Line for the Ursula edits & colors!
Remember, these Pae are Pae first and their cosplay counterparts second. So anything that doesn't fit our world doesn't exist and in the end, their characteristics and names can be whatever you choose- doesn't have to fit the cosplayed character. In this case, she is not the sea witch we have been speaking of, but you can still have her be villainous in nature if you'd like.
