She'd never seen Caiden like that.
Shocked by the quiet serious face, Tevini felt awful at the brownblood's heartbreak. He'd obviously put a lot of effort into this robot and destroying it would hurt him greatly. Obviously, not destroying it would hurt them greatly too but it didn't help the situation to think like that. She wasn't good at comforting others and compassion was something Tevini didn't always know how to handle. Still she felt the need to say something, anything.
"Caiden, you did your best." Firing off another round,
she tried to dodge the bot's attacks with limited success. Clutching another forming bruise, Tevini darted back out of range for safety.
"Sometimes things just don't work out. But you can draw on it for next time." She added, hoping it would encourage him to not give up completely. He wasn't bad, he was just still learning!

Caiden HP: 11/20 CAMODAD CAME OUT OF NOWHERE AND BLOCKED AN ATTACK
Boss HP: 22/90 (2+1 military weapon )
If you rolled a 2, a greasy smell rolls over you. Regardless if it's familiar or not, you still barely leap out of the way before the teen-bot belches a sheet of flame, grazing you with the blast. Take 4 dmg.
Caiden was a big boy now, and so he had the option of going places without CamoDad tagging along. It was weird, for Caiden, to not have his lusus there, right beside him at each and every moment, but he should be able to take care of himself, right? So when CamoDad came out of nowhere, using his long tongue to deflect an attack the robot was making on Caiden, the boy felt love swell in his plumpbiscuit. Even if Caiden had been a terrible lusus, his own lusus still loved him, and tears anew were brought to the boy's eyes.

"On it." Tevini nodded to Cerpin's request. She glanced at the trees around them and began to formulate a plan. She needed to figure out a good way to make sure the bot couldn't rip off any more low branches or grab a rock off the ground to bash someone in the face with. The blade on her gun wasn't a great replacement sword but it'd have to do. Dashing to the outskirts of the area, she began to try and cut down what she could and toss it out of easy range. Unfortunately for her, the bot noticed instantly and charged past Cerpin.
"Ahhhhhhhhh!" The redblood screamed as somehow the bot breathed flame at her, engulfing her and the nearby trees. She fell to the ground in her panic to get away and tried to beat her clothes out, terrified. While she was still conscious and not in critical condition, she wasn't in great condition to fight much longer. The cuts, bruises, and now burns were beginning to wear on the already fragile girl.
