This is nothing terribly major really, but I simply wanted to call into question Cezar's last post, in which the damage of her attacks were listed to be rather high until I noticed the use of Intermediate Busoshoku Haki adding an extra 200 power to everything.

However the post itself never really mentions any sort of attempt at applying or activating Buso at all (whereas Kenbun was clearly specified before) so I'd like to question that the additional boost should not be applied to any of the attacks as the technique was not actually described as being utilized in the rp post itself.

Well, yes, after re-reading the post in question nowhere does it describe the activation process of Busoshoku Haki but mentions Kenbun. For such a power increase something like that needs to be stated or describe in roleplay and not just in OoC portion. So I'm going to rule that Buso wasn't used this post.
