Deimos had met several people that had been a part of the space race- but hadn't yet actually seen the space ladder in Chittentown or... well, anything to do with it, really. He needed to fix that- especially with the possibility of.... helping... Cerpin, as much as he hated to think of it as helping the pushy purpleblood. It would be educational, after all. He'd never been to Chittentown - the desert was a very new experience, and one he was keen to get over with. The heat and sand were not exactly things he particularly enjoyed... though the way it made him feel drowsy was welcome. He should consider getting heating pads to see if that would help him fall asleep.
Thypion also did not seem to enjoy the desert. His lusus was lagging behind him, aware of their surroundings but not trying to completely keep up with Deimos. It worked fine for him- Thypion seemed to be rather clingy when he went to new places and it made it hard to really explore. The trouble with exploring though was that he ended up getting lost on more than one occasion... Such was the case at the moment. Sighing to himself, he continued meandering through the area, figuring that as long as he kept walking in the direction he was going he'd come across something, right?
Lo and behold, the faint sound of a song caught his attention. He spared a glance back at Thypion, then veered off course to find it's source. "Hello??" He called out as the sound grew louder. Maybe whoever it was would give him directions to the actual city...or was it town?
