The third level of Impel Down in which prisoners are kept. On this level, prisoners feel the heat rising up from Level 4 and are given precious little food and water to keep them in a near death state. They are reduced to the point where, by merely looking at them, one cannot tell that they were ever once frightening criminals. Also while the temperature here is nothing compared to level below, it is intense enough to cause overwhelming dryness, resulting in Level 3's somewhat desert-like terrain.
Prisoners sent here have a bounty of at least 75,000,000 and are sentenced for [ 21 ] days real time. At least [ 14 ] of those days must see one post, which the user types [ 1000 ] words depicting the pain they've experienced. Either they can wait the time out and be released, bounty null'ed. Or they can attempt escape, requiring either [ 450 ] Strength or Power to break through the ceiling leading upwards. From there, they must deal with the next floor, following the same escape methods depicted. However, if the breakout route is chosen, a marine of at least Lieutenant Junior Rank may respond and engage the criminal to place them back in their prison, restarting the process all over again from zero.
