Zeylla. Was. Not. Lost.
Sure, she had been wandering Civisect with her sewing kit tucked under her arm for the last 20, maybe 30 minutes, but she was not lost. She just kept telling herself that as she glanced, for the hundredth time, at the card Calida had given her. She read the address to herself, before glaring up at the street signs. The card said north, the street sign said south.
Zeylla was not lost.
And she was not asking for directions, even though several trolls had offered help, she blew them off with a nasty glare before stalking away each time. So this time was no different, and she turned on her heel as a troll came, in a friendly manner, her way. Nope, not lost.
It was probably another 10, 15 minutes later that Zeylla stood in front of the hivestem that Calida was located in. Her hair was a frizzy mess, her boots were dusty and she looked angrier than a wet meowbeast. She stalked up into the stem and quickly made her way to Calida's door.
She fixed her hair as well as she could one-handedly as she stood in front of the door. She didn't want to look like she had been lost---because she hadn't been lost. After she felt she looked a little better, a little more put together, Zeylla rapped on the door and waited patiently for it to be answered.
Hopefully Calida wouldn't say anything about her being about an hour late.
