Devil Fruits
Warning: Devil Fruits can and most likely will be liberated from characters if the character doesn't have a legitimate RP post for an extended period of time (thirty days) without proper reason, i.e. a post in the hiatus thread. If characters are posted for once in a while simply to meet the qualifications for holding on to the fruit, this will be reviewed by a mod and the fruit may be taken anyway.
Cursed Fruits are classified into three different groups: Paramecia, Zoan, and Logia.
The main weakness of all Devil Fruits is, upon eating a Devil Fruit a user will lose the ability to swim, when submerged in a large body of water especially the ocean the user will not be able to move, they will be a "rock in the water." Moving water, like a splash; rain; waves; being touched by liquid does not affect devil fruit users. Standing water, and being submerged, do however effect. Another weakness of a Devil Fruit user is seastone and seawater.
Seastone Effects on Devil Fruit
Seastone is a material used by the Marines and the World Government; it has the power to nullify the powers of a Devil Fruit. It affects each type of Devil Fruit in a different way.
Paramecia: When a Paramecia's body comes in contact with Seastone the user will not only lose all their Devil Fruit powers but will appear sluggish and their Strength, Endurance, Speed, and Accuracy will all drop by 1/2. As soon as the Seastone item breaks contact with the user their powers are restored and they immediately regain their stats.
Zoan: These fruits are the most resistant to Seastone. When a Zoan's body comes in contact with Seastone they will lose their powers but will feel the same as they do in their normal human form and their Strength, Endurance, Speed, and Accuracy will drop by 1/4. As soon as the seastone item breaks contact with the user their powers are restored and they immediately regain their stats.
Logia: These fruits are the least resistant to Seastone. When a Logia's body comes in contact with Seastone they will not only lose all their Devil Fruit powers but will feel fatigued and their Strength, Endurance, Speed, and Accuracy will all drop by 3/4. As soon as the Seastone item breaks contact with the user their powers are restored and they immediately regain their stats. |

Paramecia-Type Devil Fruits

The most common of the three classes, Paramecia gain superhuman physical abilities or traits, such as shock wave generation and locking onto targets. Other fruits can alter features of the body such as a rubber physique or body of blades, or the people, objects, and environment around the user, like levitating objects or turning people into toys. Finally, there are some users that can manipulate and generate some kinds of substances, such as wax and poison. Note, while you may see some abilities available in the anime/manga, that does not mean you'll be able to use them here. All powers are subject to mod approval and may be altered to better suit guild needs.

The Paramecia type is the only group containing powers or special traits that may be considered "useless" to the user, granting little or no real advantage whatsoever depending on the situation. In short, the aspect of the devil fruit being "useless" may sometimes be due to the user not being accustomed to it efficiently deploying the abilities they receive. Their abilities may also end up proving completely useless in some situations where they would normally otherwise have been quite formidable. Therefore, even the best of fighters may be strained to be able to use their abilities to the fullest. Paramecia users are also considered the easiest to battle, since they can be predictable and often display their full abilities within a very short period of time. The results and capabilities of these fruits are therefore limited to the creativity of the user in any given scenario to overcome the limits and predictability of the fruits. Certain abilities with lingering effects — such as the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi and Hobi Hobi no Mi — would have all their effects deactivated upon their respective users fainting or dying; this becomes a weakness that the opponents would sometimes take advantage of. Others — such as the Kage Kage no Mi and Mero Mero no Mi — will remain active even if the user is killed, and must be reversed by the user's own free will.
Canon Paramecia-Type Devil Fruits
Below is a list of Devil Fruit considered canon to the series, in both the original manga, the filler episodes and the movies.
Arms Arms | Buki Buki no Mi ◆ Nerali || Wry Tendencies
The Buki Buki no Mi gives the user the ability to change their body into any kind of weapon. The user can either transform parts of their body, like fingers, hands or arms, or an entire body-section, such as the entire upper body and even the whole body, into a weapon. While transformed into a weapon, the user does not take any damage inflicted by the weapon's impact, such as detonating while morphed into an explosive. If the user's body is broken apart as a result of the weapon's effects, the pieces can easily reform into the user's full body, undamaged, akin to a Logia. However, this Logia-like regeneration does not extend to when the user is in human form or when only limited parts are morphed into weapons, such as being shot by a flintlock.

The main strength of this fruit's power is that it allows the user to transform any target into an abstract art, distorting it in both appearance and usage. This is accomplished by the user creating a thought cloud, and then tossing it at the target, causing it to distort. Any weapons or vehicles warped by this power loses its functionality; even natural weapons such as hooves and antlers are turned useless. The user is also able to revert the object back to its normal state through the same method. Being rendered unconscious, such as through injury, reverts any objects the user has transformed back to normal. Living things may not be altered.

The consumer becomes a barrier human, capable of creating invisible barriers, although they can be solidified to become visibly transparent, resembling a pane of glass. These protect the user from either front or back, and appear to be immovable by any outside force. Another strength of this fruit is that the user can form solid constructs out of their barriers, such as stairs which people can stand on, making this fruit useful for getting to hard-to-reach places.

Allows the user to generate and manipulate biscuits at will.
Bomb Bomb | Bomu Bomu no Mi ◆ Vanilla Chesire || (Novasse)
Allows the user to make any part of his or her body explode with no harm done to the user; this even applies to hair, mucus, and breath. It also makes him permanently immune to explosive attacks.
Bubble Bubble | Awa Awa no Mi ◆ RPC Name || (Username)
Allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can not only clean off dirt but can also "clean off" power, essentially draining ones energy, and leaving them clean and shiny. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power, as the user cannot turn herself into soap and bubbles, and thus is not immune to physical attacks.

Allows the user to place iron shackles on his or her foes, by having them pass through the users body parts.

The main strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to become a living fortress, the inside of their body holding many openings, including cannon ports, portcullis and drawbridges; deeper inside contains various rooms, ranging from stone brick rooms for combat to well-refurbished meeting halls, complete with long-table, chairs and even decorations.

The user of this Devil Fruit has the ability to create a soundproof field. The field makes it so that the sounds inside the field cannot be heard from the outside. The opposite effect can also be applied, making the sounds from the outside impossible to be perceived from the inside.

Allows the user to turn into anyone he or she has touched. When the user changes, he also imitates the copied persons flexibility, strength, etc., and can switch back to his normal state by touching his face with his left hand. Though, after half an hour (3 Posts), the user reverts back to their original state.

Allows the user to turn his or her limbs into springs. It is unknown whether the rest of the body can be changed as well.

Allows the user to cut anything they touch into cubes and control these structures, this includes living and non living things, making the user a Cube Human (キューブ人間 Kyūbu Ningen?).
Dice Dice | Supa Supa no Mi ◆ Asura || Judgement Cross
The user's body becomes completely steel in composition, similar to how the gomu gomu no mi turns the user to rubber, and is immune to normal slashing attacks, but any specialized attack capable of slashing through steel is capable of slashing the user's flesh. This also allows the user to turn any surface of his or her body into a steel blade.

Allows the user to create doors through and on every surface he or she touches, and make doors through the atmosphere leading into a pocket dimension.

Allows the user to levitate and manipulate non-living things when touched.
Flower Flower | Hana Hana no Mi ◆ Santino Correa || Jubellation
Allows the user to replicate and sprout pieces of his or her body multiple times from the surface of any object or living thing. However, they can't be formed in areas where there is not enough space, such as inside someone else's body. It has been proven that the user feels any pain directed onto the extra limbs.

This fruit allows the user to make anything the user touches to flatten like a flag and still retain its natural characteristics like its toughness, strength and sharpness, but the weight is drastically reduced to the same as a flag. It also allows the user to reform anything into different forms and shapes. The user is also able to change his shape into a flag, though it is unknown if the power can be used on other living things.

This fruit allows the user to heal any living thing that is wounded or injured. The healing powers manifest in the form of tears from the user's body. As soon as they touch a living thing, it is restored to perfect health and can even recover people suffering from a massive shock.

Gives the user the ability to produce vast amounts of heat. Though somewhat similar, the fruit's powers should not be confused with that of the Kachi Kachi no Mi or the Mera Mera no Mi.

The Horo Horo no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to produce ghosts, making the user a Ghost Human (霊体人間, Reitai Ningen). The major strength of the fruit, is that it gives its user the ability to produce spectral replicas (ghosts) that they can control. These replicas can come in different forms and are all immune to physical attacks.

Makes the user seem 'perfect' to anyone who can lust after them. Along with this, it can turn those who think the user is 'perfect' to stone. Either through a special beam like attack, or through touch, though touch only petrifies the limb touched. The user can also seem to form a heart out of nothing to launch attacks from. This fruit is similar to the Noro Noro no Mi.

Grants the user control over the forces of magnetism, effecting metallic objects at will.

Allows the user to chew through and eat anything he or she wants, and subsequently build it into his or her body, or fuse the eaten objects. The user can "eat" him /herself, and alter his/her body structure at will. The user's mouth can be enlarged to extreme degrees.

The user is able to push anything using "paw pads" that form on their hands after eating the fruit. This includes tangible and intangible objects.

Allows the user to summon a genie from their body.

Allows the user to come back to life after being killed. The user can still be damaged and their body incapacitated but they will still heal even from mortal wounds. Healing may be sped up by drinking milk to heal bones and meat or marrow for flesh. User's spirit may be projected out of their body after their first death with techniques.

The Guru Guru no Mi grants its eater the power to form propellers seemingly everywhere on their body and let them rotate. The rotation is strong enough for the user to fly very long distances, cross water, carry another human, or create a strong windstorm. The user also gets the power to let body parts, such as their arms rotate around their body.

Allows the body of the user to be rock hard and heat up body temperature in hands to boiling degrees.

The Kage Kage no Mi gives the user the ability to manifest and control shadows, as a tangible and physical form, making the user a Ruler of Shadows (影の支配者, Kage no Shihaisha). The user can harvest and collect the shadows of others, and use them to empower themselves, objects, or corpses.

Gives the user two-inch long claws and the ability to attack with blades of air.

Makes the user's body slippery, causing virtually all objects to slide off his or her body, protecting the user completely from harm in most situations. Apparently, the fruit also makes the consumer slim if they were obese.

Allows the user to emit "Noroma Photons," which significantly slows any object he or she strikes down for thirty seconds. See limitations below in [Other information].

Grants whomever eats it the power to drain liquid — unaltered or in the form of special "juices" — from living and non-living things (themselves included) by action of wringing, as well as transmit such liquid to other things.
Stick Stick | Beta Beta no Mi ◆ RPC Name || (Username)
The fruit's major strength is the ability to produce nearly infinite amounts of a sticky substance from the user's body, which affords the ability to restrain movements and allow the user to attach themselves to surfaces. The adhesive substance is strong enough to hold a ship. Despite its capabilities, the substance is flammable and will cause it to explode violently upon contact with a spark.
Stitch Stitch | Nui Nui no Mi ◆ Sans || Cor Contritum
This fruit allows the user to stitch things together with stitches or thread created by the user. The user is also able to undo the stitches to the object. However, the stitches do not harm its victim and do not appear to physically puncture the object. The stitches are strong enough to hold a fully grown human to the ground.

This fruit allows the user to create and manipulate strings, making the user a String Human. The user is bestowed the power to generate and control white, wafer-thin, razor sharp strings attachable to apparently any surface and even control things their strings are attached to like puppets.

The Devil Fruit's primary ability is the power to merge and assimilate with any form of stone. This allows the user to take control of anything made of stone that they come in contact with.

This fruit's main strength is that it allows the user to swim in solid ground and walls as if they were water.
Ton Ton | Ton Ton no Mi ◆ RPC Name || (Username) The fruit allows the user to increase their body weight by incredible amounts, leveled by metric tons. This allows them to land crushing attacks that can easily crack the ground and even a giant's bones. They can change their weight anywhere between 1 ton to 10,000 tons

Allows user to create beams of sound by shouting.

Allows the user to tap unlimited amounts of wax from his/her body, and create things from it. When the wax hardens, it becomes a very strong substance. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power, as the user cannot turn himself into wax, and thus is not immune to physical attacks. Despite its density, the wax can be melted by fire just like normal wax.

Zoan-Type Devil Fruits

Allows the user to transform into an animal. This fruit type provides three forms: the user's natural form, a full animal form; where the animal's size is often greatly exaggerated, and a hybrid form, combining both original and animal form, usually in a bizarre way. Despite rumors, these Fruits cannot give human eaters the ability to talk to animals. Zoan fruits mainly improve physical abilities and allow the user to use his or her three forms to adapt to changing variables in a fight, to give their biggest advantage. What zoan lack in "magical powers" they make up for in pure, physical and/or mental power. The user is also often granted enhanced senses, or even new senses all together.
Default Form
The user's default form is the form they took before consuming a zoan fruit, be it Fishman, Human, or otherwise.
Full Zoan Form
The user's full zoan, or full animal form. It entails a full transformation into the animal of the zoan fruit itself. Generally speaking, the user loses their ability to hold weapons, but gains a larger increase in physical ability in exchange. Full Zoan Form offers no statistical increase, but allows the full utilization of the animal the user takes after.
Hybrid Form
The user's hybrid form combines their default and full zoan forms into a single stat, granting them the ability to fight as normal, while gaining enhanced abilities in the process.The fruit's boosts scale with the consumer's Experience, increasing per every 60 TSP they have. Meaning at base, you are afforded your normal Zoan stats and when transformed, they're increased dramatically. EX: User has a zoan that gives +10 Strength and +10 Speed normally. When transformed at 360 TSP, the boost changes to +60 Strength and +60 Speed
Zoan fruits will give +20 stat points to begin with, distributed in various different ways.
Ｗｅａｋｎｅｓｓ ↺
They are limited to the capabilities of the animal they are able to transform into. The Zoan type Devil Fruit is wasted if eaten by the creature it represents. However, in the case of the a Devil Fruit being eaten by the creature it represents, they would simply become the perfect form of the animal they are.

Logia-Type Devil Fruits

Considered by many to be the most powerful of the three groups, Logia users can tap unlimited amounts of their respective elements from their bodies, and control it at their whim. The user is able to turn into their element at will, allowing them to phase through attacks unharmed. Logia users can control their element if it is already existing in the environment, but cannot control their elements if the element is in another form. They may counter this by manipulating their surroundings into generating it.

Thus far there have been very few ways in which a person may do physical harm on a Logia user. The main method of causing harm to a Logia user, aside from exploiting the effects of the sea and seastone, are natural weaknesses which, when exploited, can ultimately negate the Logia power. The only other time a physical blow may hurt the user is when he or she is caught off guard, as this gives the user no time to react to the attack.

Below is a list of Devil Fruit considered canon to the series, in both the original manga and in the filler episodes.

This Devil Fruit allows the user to transform into a kind of green-colored candy syrup. The user can use it to either make himself syrup-like (with sticky properties to trap the opponent) or intensely solid. Despite being syrup, it apparently tastes terrible enough to be inedible.

This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to turn themselves, as well as their surroundings, into ice. The user may be hit by attacks, but break apart from the impact in conjunction with logia phasing, rather than slipping through them. The user also gains a large resistance to cold temperatures.
Dark Dark | Yami Yami no Mi ◆ R.R Grimm aka "Goldilocks" || Sahana Kurumi
The Yami Yami no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and control darkness at will, making the user a Darkness Human (闇人間, Yami Ningen). The user of this fruit is able to emit and control darkness and its unique property of gravity. The user is able to absorb physical matter and attacks into this darkness, inside which is a void where anything can be stored and later expelled. This void appears to crush and break up what it takes in, but does not completely destroy it. Unique to this fruit is the user's inability to phase through attacks like other logia which makes them more vulnerable than other Logia types. However, in exchange, they are granted the ability to quite literally shut down another devil fruit user's abilities for as long as they maintain physical contact with them, forcing a logia back into a normal state, for example.
Flare Flare | Mera Mera no Mi ◆ Hatori 'The Flame Emperor' || Tentaigo
The Mera Mera no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into fire at will, making the user a Blaze Human (炎人間, Hono'o Ningen). The user becomes resistant to heat, and stalemates with the Moku Moku no Mi under normal circumstances. It is weak to the Magu Magu no Mi, however.
Gas Gas | Gasu Gasu no Mi ◆ Masae Ueno || II That Asian Girl II
The consumer is granted the ability to create, control and become a unique type of gas at will, enabling the user to float and enter places human beings normally could not. The gas the user naturally produces is highly poisonous, and is combustible when exposed to spark or flame. Beyond this, the user is able to control existing gases in their environment, and merge with them to enhance their power, all while being immune to any gaseous effects.
Glint Glint | Pika Pika no Mi ◆ Enka || Deecee Sama
Like other Logia types, the fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to become the element they control. In this case,the user is able to transform into light. The user is able to utilize light-based attacks that range from shooting laser beams from their hands, fingers, or feet (capable of causing massive explosions), to partial transformations that enable light-speed physical attacks, all of them being very devastating. The consumer of this fruit appears to be vulnerable to physical attacks, but is able to rebuild themselves after being damaged if phasing was utilized.
Liquid Liquid | Toro Toro no Mi ◆ Maneater Rehalith || Amythara
The Toro Toro no Mi allows its user to transform into an unknown liquid, enabling its user to flow through small spaces and attack with liquid blasts, as well as let physical attacks bypass the liquid body. The user also has no effective physical strength when in liquid form, and cannot transform back into their normal form if they are in a space that their normal body cannot fit in.
Magma Magma | Magu Magu no Mi ◆ Aeleus || Taziie
The main strength of this Devil Fruit is that it allows the user to produce magma to attack their opponents. The intense heat can vaporize an iceberg instantly and boil the seawater that the magma lands in, as well as burn through the intangible body of the Mera Mera no Mi user. Being composed of magma, anyone who tries to attack the user directly will have the added effect of being burned.
Rustle Rustle | Pasa Pasa no Mi ◆ RPC Name || (Username)
This fruit allows the user to transform into sheets of paper to strike or evade attacks like any other Logia-class Devil Fruit users. It also appears that the transformation can be used to write something on it. The user is also able to take the form of any paper, such cards or books.
Rumble Rumble | Goro Goro no Mi ◆ Hammond J. Dawson || Haraxmant
The fruit's major strength, as with other Logia fruits, is that it allows the user to produce, as well as become the element they control. In this case, the user is able to produce as well as become electricity, regulating their voltage as desired. The user may also merge with solid matter, such as gold or wood, for defense or travel purposes, and can move at extremely fast speeds to instantly close gaps of space by turning into lightning.
Sand Sand | Suna Suna no Mi ◆ Komachi Onozuka || Ryunosuke Ryusei
This fruit is quite powerful, even among Logia, as it allows for a greater variety of abilities, rather than just normal element control. The user is granted the ability to control, create, and become sand. It also allows the user to locate quicksand, set off sandstorms and absorb liquids through contact with their right hand.
Smoke Smoke | Moku Moku no Mi ◆ Elyse Vrykolakas || Ikuzke0
The user of this fruit is able to generate, manipulate, and become smoke. Like some of the other Logia type Devil Fruits, this one allows its user to "fly", by turning their body or the lower part of it into smoke, greatly enhancing their movement and speed. The main offensive capabilities of the fruit stem from its user's ability to change the density of the smoke produced at will. This allows the user to surround their targets with their intangible smoke and then grasp them by solidifying it. This fruit seems to come to a stalemate against the Mera Mera no Mi.
Snow Snow | Yuki Yuki no Mi ◆ Lily Lucasta || Cor Contritum
This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to turn themselves into snow. The user gains an extreme level of resistance towards cold. While similiar to the Hie Hie no Mi, there are two major difference between the two; the user's intangibility for snow was not a solid form element unless it became compressed, and unlike the Hie user, the Yuki user cannot directly freeze their target solid.
Swamp Swamp | Numa Numa no Mi ◆ Zhele || (Chaos Reclaimer)
This fruit allows the user to become, generate and manipulate the element of "swamp." The user can create bottomless swamps which are difficult to escape from, although liveable as it's possible to breathe while trapped inside. The swamp can be used as storage space, allowing the user an infinite space in which to keep whatever they have captured. The major weakness of this fruit is that the user cannot transform back to their normal form if they are confined in a space that their normal body cannot fit in.
