Besnik turned his head toward the Captain at the sharp bellow. His paws having to hold him up over the crows nest for a better visual. From there he pulled himself to his tip-paws to look in the direction that had been gestured. The jagged rocks of the icy peaks reaching for the sky was little more than intimidating for one so short as this small Tah. Not a cub, but rather a very small-for-an-adult b'alam. In fact one could argue he was as small as a full grown b'alam could go.
As he looked ah the earth's jagged "teeth" He spotted something among the rocks. It looked out of place, strange... it was large, perhaps another b'alam? No, it couldn't be. Bes squinted as he tried to pick it out among the snow...
Anchors? Ah! Quickly Besnik pulled himself fully from the crow's nest, his small wings unfolding as he made his way toward the anchors. Best not keep a captain waiting.
"CAPTAIN!" His voice called, surprising very loud for such small windpipes, over the rush of wind. "I SPOTTED SOMETHING OVER ON YON CLIFFS!"
Bucky had been watching the drifting rock for a while now. Its certainly stood out among the sky, when it dipped below the encroaching overcast of clouds. It was going to snow, possibly hard, the mountains were already gathering their strength to unleash on the lands below. It was normal, and perhaps one of the many reasons many did not travel here.
He drew in a breath than visibly released it.
Perhaps the floating rocks of the wind-lands had drifted too far? Could they do that? Bucky had only heard tales from a light-tribe b'alam that had passed through a long while ago.
If that's all it was, than it would be best to move on. Without another thought on the matter, Bucky turned about and continued on his way.
