She still had her duty to those within the world. It's what she was woven for she knew it. She was the protector of the night. She was different than the rest of the wind tribe whom feared the dark and the tribe that lived in it. In fact she loved it and everything in it. Though not of the dark tribe she had disadvantages during the night. It was the time however, she felt the most comfortable. Her children were with their father all curled up and safe and sound. There was a few though who would stay up late when they thought their father wasn't watching.
The evening had been quiet and calm, though she quite enjoyed it that way. The atmosphere and beauty of the evening filled her almost as much as her young family did. The light tribe seemed to be relatively peaceful as well. But she didn't dare change her routine, her shift would only end once the moon set.
Luna cast a glance to the sky judging the position of the moon. It would begin setting soon she noted and began making her way back toward the light tribe capital where her family currently rested. It would still be a little bit, so she could still enjoy her evening a bit longer.
