Profile:
Caesar Odys'us is a seadwelling purpleblood equipped with a very happy-go-lucky demeanor. He does his very best to make sure he affects the other trolls around him in what he hopes to be positive ways. He enjoys picking out the strengths of other trolls and helping them improve, as well as assisting them in overcoming any weakness they may have. He likes to mold them in what he believes to be the ideal, goal-oriented and problem-tackling troll. He wants everyone to stride towards heroism, and helping out their fellow citizens whenever necessary and for whatever reason. He is forever cheerful and tries his best to be kind and accepting towards those below him on the hemospectrum. Though he can on occasion be quite ignorant to what day to day life truly is for a lowblood, he does his best to try and understand their viewpoint. He thinks that every troll with the ability to pull their own weight and be a good, forward-thinking member of society is worth the effort of saving (should they need it) and he values the input and opinion of most everytroll. Though he does, of course, enjoy his life at the top of the food chain and can occasionally be found utilizing the perks bestowed unto him because of it; he doesn't think that blood can truly have much to do with a troll's personality or status.
As a kid, Caesar is a very hyperactive troll with a love for fitness. He often swims large lengths with CrabDad scuttling furiously beneath him. He is forever intent on improving his endurance and- most importantly- his strength. On land, he enjoys running for long periods of time; though he is much less agile and tends to land on his face when he gets going too fast or encounters things such as hills or stairs. He's a young troll with a lot of plans; most of them having been inspired by the plethora of comic books he's read and collected over the few sweeps of his life. He believes in heroism and chivalry. In always doing the right thing, and in "fighting the good fight". One Punch Troll is a comic book that he considers to be very near and dear to his heart. It is a comic written and illustrated by an anonymous lowblood, in which a lowblood troll defeats various monsters and highbloods using only a single punch and various other acts of heroism.
Conversation with Caesar tends to be awkward. He has little social experience and had often spent time talking to himself, in his tiny cave beneath the water, before finally deeming it unacceptable for someone as forward-thinking as he to be locked away from society. He often drifts off into long tangents in which he speaks aloud, to himself. Then he'll address the troll he'd been talking to previously, as though there had been no interruption. He has a tendency to be very loud and invasive once he gets excited- which usually occurs at least once during every encounter- and, because of this, he can tend to come on a bit too strong. He can come off as pushy, or even ignorant.
He has trouble falling asleep above-water.
He thinks the hemospectrum is stupid and is quite enthused about being given the possibility of a rebellion. He doesn't think the way some highbloods treat lowbloods is something that should be encouraged, and thinks that the trolls as a species could become way more advanced if they all worked together towards a better tomorrow. Despite his lusus' many warnings, Caesar is completely gung-ho and dandy about becoming a rebel, and has thus left the safety of his beloved sea in order to live among the landdwellers and find out just how a seadweller such as he could become a soldier for the good fight.
Strengths:
Positive
Caesar is a perpetually positive-minded troll that is very rarely affected by any negative thoughts or opinions. He believes that life is full of things just waiting to be experienced; and that any bad event will surely be followed by a happy one. He tries his best to keep the trolls around him thinking positively, and is always offering up ideas to lighten the mood or lessen the load on others. He wants everyone to be happy and to have a good time. He thinks that holding onto the negativity in life will only lead to more negative. This belief is further enforced by CrushDad's constant paranoia, and the clumsiness that is caused by being so scatter-brained and negative. Surely, if CrushDaddy was as positive as his son- life would be going a lot easier for him.
Courageous
When faced with an obstacle, even one considered to be insurmountable, Caesar has the perseverance to accomplish whatever goal it is that he has set for himself or for others. Even under stress, Caesar has a tendency towards nonchalance. He is confident in his own abilities. He is confident in the abilities of those he surrounds himself with. He faces the world head-on and is completely enamored with the idea of experiencing all that he possibly can experience in life. He loves adventuring, and he seems to always exude a rather positive charm even when times seem bleak. Without displaying even a single thread of fear, Caesar tackles challenge after challenge. Because of this, he can get a lot accomplished.
Flaws:
Unsympathetic
Caesar has a hard time understanding the feelings of other trolls. He is in a perpetual state of happiness and cannot comprehend being any other way. Sometimes he feels happy mad or happy sad or happy confused but he's never not felt... happy? Feelings confuse the poor boy and he'll often give a happy little pout and try to cheer up whomever it is that's feeling not happy feelings. His cheerfulness, however, tends to work against him when dealing with moody trolls; thus it often impacts his ability to make certain friends. And that sure does make him happy mad.
Duplicitous
Caesar does, indeed, tend to have more than one intention when committing to a plan of his own making. He is not always telling the truth and uses his imagination to create stories built from half-truths and white lies. He is skilled in the arts of deception and can be decisively cunning in his decision-making. Though much of what he wants is, at this time, to help find success for the rebels and thus aid in winning the "good" fight. He believes in justice and hope, and directs his negative nature towards hemoequality. He despises this trait within himself, and often feels happy terrible when he utilizes it; though he understands it is quite helpful.
Weapon:
???
Caesar fights with his bare feet and fists. He's been quietly training himself in various forms of kick-boxing and other forms reminiscent of Troll judo. He very much enjoys playful wrestling. And winning. He thinks it's funny when he steals the breath from other trolls, as they end up reminiscent of fish gasping for water; a hilarious scene in his mind.
Appearance:
Caesar wears a knee-length wetsuit with long sleeves. It is all black, save for the symbol on his chest. His black hair is forever cowlicked into a wave-like tuft atop his head, and his grin is razor sharp. Freckles, the color of his blood, are scattered across his nose and cheekbones. When landdwelling, he wears a pair of hemotyped crocs; though he much prefers his feet bare and will often kick them off. Especially when there's sand nearby- or water. His horns are shaped like crab claws protruding from his head.
Home:
Civisect City
The poor seadweller has yet to find a place to stay in his new landdweller city. He is... hiveless. He wanders back and forth from the City to the Beach often. Occasionally he will sleep in the shallows, with blankets of waves lulling him to sleep.
Lusus:
Crushtaeshun, CrabDad, CrushDaddy.
Crushtaeshun is a large, crab-like lusus the size of a baby elephant. He has three extremely strong claws on either side of his armored bod and his white exoskeleton is built like impenetrable steel. Despite his intimidating appearance, however, Crush is a very soft-spoken soul. He rarely offers up much of anything in the form of opinion, other than nervous bickering with himself about the dangers of the moonlit world past the ocean. Though he does his best to warn his young rambuctious troll about some of his more... awful... behaviors, CrabDad ultimately does very little in steering Caesar away from whatever it is that he wants. Thus, his lusus will often follow- begrudgingly- behind him. He will, however, be hell-bent on protecting Caesar... should he ever need it.
